Election Matters 2024: Democracy Litigation in SCOTUS & the States

The State Democracy Research Initiative and the Elections Research Center at UW-Madison invite you to join us for “Year in Review: Democracy Litigation in SCOTUS and the States.” This event is part of our 2024 Election Matters series, sponsored by Stafford Rosenbaum LLP and will take place at the UW School of Education in the Wisconsin Idea Room, with the option to attend virtually.

The panel will serve as a case law year in review, highlighting significant election-related decisions at both the state and federal levels. Our panelists will include Pamela Karlan (Stanford Law Supreme Court Litigation Clinic), Derek Muller (Notre Dame Law School), Gowri Ramachandran (Brennan Center for Justice Democracy Program), and Rylee Sommers-Flanagan (Upper Seven Law), with SDRI Co-director Miriam Seifter moderating.
