The Award Ceremony will include announcement of the winners, featured speakers, and questions & answers. The contest is being conducted to raise awareness of the dangers of rigged voting districts being created during districting that occurs the year following a census. It has provided a chance for teens or adults, working individually or in teams, to draw a better, fairer WI Assembly map than we have today.
